2D AutoCAD Services
I provide fair priced, on demand 2D AutoCAD services. Each set of documents is unique to its respective project. I will work with your in house engineering resources to ensure accurate and complete project drawings. As the project progresses and evolves so can your documentation, it’s up to you. After initial setup and signoff on document appearance I utilize block, Xref, and layout strategies to ensure efficient and cohesive deliverable documents backed by 15+ years of experience. I have experience with Denver *1 3B permit drawings, schematic drawings, design development drawings, for construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built / close out drawings.
Pre-Construction Support
With 15+ years in Low Voltage Construction focusing on Telecommunication Infrastructure, Audio Visual systems, and Security Systems, I am able to assist on the front end of a project by offering Take off Services, assembly of basic bill of material item lists based off takeoff, proposal generation, etc. These services can be valuable time savers for your in house engineers and employees allowing you to put more through your existing business machine without having to expand your team.
On Demand Services
I have worn many hats in this industry from installing, pre-construction engineering takeoff / estimation / proposal dictation, managing internal engineering team, project deep dive research to understand GP loss, documentation generation, etc. My time in the industry has given me unique and comprehensive skills that could prove to be of value to your unique needs on an On Demand Service basis. *1 - My experience is limited to the production of permit use drawings only. I do not and will not have access to a Denver 3b License. Client will be responsible for all permit applications, any additional required documentation, and managing the permit submission, payment, and process.
